The University of North Georgia’s new STEM facility will provide approximately 57,500 gross square feet across three levels, creating a modern environment dedicated to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education.
Div3 Construction’s turnkey concrete package includes the complete structural concrete scope, high-tolerance stained concrete floors, and cast-in-place retaining walls for the mechanical yard. The project will support UNG’s commitment to academic excellence, experiential learning, research, and preparing future leaders for Georgia’s growing STEM workforce.
