Part of the Lee & White complex in the Sylvan Hills area near the newest part of Atlanta's beltline, the 929 building, and existing 80,000 SF warehouse space, was adapted into high-end mixed-use space. Project highlights include 240 new spread footings for added 60,000sf mezzanine, new exterior pedestrian access, slab on grade replacement, and slab on metal deck construction.
