Completed in 2025, the Carroll County Administration Building recreates the character of the county’s original courthouse, which was lost to fire nearly a century ago. The new facility serves as the home of the Board of Commissioners, Commission Chambers, Tax Commissioner, Tag Office, Board of Elections, Community Development, and other county departments.
The project includes a 22,500-square-foot slab-on-grade terrace level with a 15-foot foundation wall and elevator pit, plus two levels of slab-on-metal-deck totaling 40,000 square feet. This project is flanked by two cast-in-place site walls with formliner finish and custom concrete cap.
