Towering over the Lakepoint Sports Complex in Cartersville, GA, this new 15-building apartment complex included both on-grade and basement split-level construction. The large flagship building was designed to extend down the hill slope, requiring tiered 36' tall foundation walls. A new clubhouse building was constructed to tie the community together in an inviting space.
