Located in the Old 4th Ward neighborhood, Div3 was contracted to build a new 2-story addition to transform this historic building into new high-end restaurant space. A new underground, cast-in-place tunnel was constructed to provide access from Atlanta's Beltline. Due to extremely constricted space, construction was staged to facilitate continual access to neighboring drives
