In the heart of Atlanta's Sweet Auburn district, Div3 installed foundations, slabs on grade, and provided place & finish services for the parking structure of this new 120,000sf mixed-use development. Due to unstable subterranean conditions, the foundation was designed on aggregate piers with a 30" thick mat slab capped with slab on grade over the 65,000sf footprint some 25' below the existing street elevation.
